Description

    • The building is located on the border between Turkey and Georgia, and serves as a border checkpoint. Right next to the building is the bank of the Black Sea. Because of its shape, the building offers the border guards / cops a perfect view over the open sea and the coastal strip. They can overlook the environment from one of the various platforms cantilevered out from the tower. Striking is the expressive form of the building.
