    • Creative production enterprise “Reserve” was established in 1987, 14th September.

      Constructions and projects by “Reserve” have always been marked with professionalism, loyalty to popular modernist stylistics, individual and recognizable architectural language. They were given a number of awards and diplomas (“Arch-Moscow”, “Zolotoe Sechenie”, World Architecture Festival (WAF) in Barcelona, etc), they regularly showcase best achievements of Russian architecture on international exhibitions (London, Berlin, Venice) and are often highlighted in media.
      TPO “Reserve” successfully works with projects of different complexity and typologies, designing projects of residential, business, retail and sports facilities, as well as multifunctional complexes, countryside settlements and others. Among the buildings, constructed by TPO “Reserve” are: houses on Malaya Filevskaya street, on Zagorsky passage, which got several professional awards; “Aerobus” building, “Avenue 77”, which set a new standard for housing in Moscow; retail centres “Kvadro” and “Vremena Goda” [four seasons] on Kutuzovsky avenue; building of Federal Arbitration Court on Seleznevskaya street, office for Aeroflot company.
      Due to significant experience and large staff resources with all key design qualifications the company provides comprehensive range of services in architectural and construction design. The company has license to execute all types of design work, as well as building design, constructions of the first level of responsibility, projects for highly complex geological engineering conditions, and also engineering services (taking functions of a client).

      Semen Lamdon,  the director-general of “Reserve”,  Laureate of state prize, Honored builder of Russian Federation. Vladimir Plotkin is the chief architect of “Reserve”.
