Zaha Hadid Architects

  • Description
    • The Pritzker Prize is the highest award you can get in architecture. In 2004, Iraq-born architect Zaha Hadid was the first woman to receive it. She is the “most cosmopolitan architect of the 21st century” – says the Süddeutsche Zeitung (German newspaper).
Conventional structures are not her cup of tea, this bores her. She has visions of the future and of architecture. Flowing landscapes, pointy cones, hurrying tetrahedrons and confusing ramps. Hadid’s poison pen has made her win many competitions, Principals, however, rather fear her.
